The current rendering, circa 1942, is directed at the Axis alliance of WW2 with the caption, “The New Order.” A primitive skull reveals pronounced brow ridge and sagittal crest trussed upon a cold geometric abstraction for a base. Effective use of split complements find green and red in combination with black.
